Tibebe Eshete Speaks at Library

CU Assistant Professor of History Tibebe Eshete spoke on Wednesday at Miller Library on the history and persecution of the evangelical church in Ethiopia.

Eshete ended his lecture with a plead for prayer, adding the current situation of the Ethiopia church and the threat of militant Islam.

Eshete’s lecture was the first of the series Christian Martyrdom Then and Now, which continues on throughout October as part of Theological Libraries Month.
